Cancellation & Refund Policy

At instaboostup.com, we strive to assist our customers as much as possible and maintain a flexible cancellation policy. Please note the following guidelines:

  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations are only considered if the request is made immediately after placing the order within 10 min. If the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have begun the shipping or servicing process, cancellation requests may not be entertained. For digital files, if a download link has been provided, no refunds will be initiated.
  • Perishable Items: We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as digital downloadable products, flowers, or eatables. However, refunds or replacements may be issued if the customer can demonstrate that the delivered product is empty or of poor quality.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt. The request will be processed after the merchant verifies the issue. If the product does not meet your expectations or is not as shown on the site, contact our Customer Service team within 2 days. The team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
  • Manufacturer Warranty: For products with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer your complaints to the manufacturer. If a refund is approved by S.MISHRA, it will be processed within 9-15 days.
